Latte Art

After 3 Months of practice and liters of milk later I finally got the Rosetta on my morning cappuccino right. Lovely Ethiopian Sidamo beans from Corica add the taste to the looks of this cup.

Perfetto! From apples to rosettas. What a little practice can do... Next week I'll come over and perform a taste test. Steam up the milk on Sunday :-)
